Chef Landen, along with his team of culinary professionals, have made it their mission to serve seasonal, sustainable, local food –often with diners’ dietary restrictions in mind. Our kitchen staff love creating seasonal specials which, to them, means working with what nature has to offer from the Lowcountry.
Born from the friendships built over the past year between Crave’s new owner and management with local growers, guests, and businesses – the importance of supporting our local economy and fellow Lowcountry residents became our top priority.
Together with the owner, kitchen staff, and servers – the management team of Crave set a goal to meet the criteria needed for Certified SC Grown. Be it our weekly visits to the Farmers Market here in Mt. Pleasant on Coleman Boulevard, scouting the docks of Shem Creek for freshly caught seafood, or the continued friendship with the farmers of Boone Hall, Peace Haven Farms, and Joseph Fields Farms (just to name a few!) – Crave’s commitment to serving the highest quality LOCAL dishes is unmatched.
Your feedback, thoughts, and suggestions have been taken with all sincerity over the past year under our new ownership and we continue to look to you, our valued guests, for the culinary inspiration to continually improve Crave Kitchen & Cocktails.
